Sales Goals - New/Used Breakdown Tab

The New/Used Breakdown tab is used to review the number of new, used, and certified vehicles sold during the selected time frame.

To access the New/Used Breakdown tab, click the (New/Used Breakdown) icon on the Sales Goals panel.

The Vehicle Sales graph displays the percentage of vehicles sold to XtreamService customers during the selected time frame. Vehicles are divided based on whether they are new, used, or certified. Additionally, used and certified vehicles are divided based on whether they are trade-in vehicles obtained from other XtreamService customers or used vehicles obtained from other sources. The time frame used to display information on this tab can be selected using the unlabeled Time Frame field.

The following columns display on the New/Used Breakdown tab.

New: The number of new vehicles sold to XtreamService customers during the selected time frame displays. The percentage of these vehicles sold compared to the total number of vehicles sold also displays.

Used - Trade-In: The number of used vehicles purchased from XtreamService customers and sold to other XtreamService customers during the selected time frame displays. The percentage of these vehicles sold compared to the total number of vehicles sold also displays.

Used - Other: The number of used vehicles that were not purchased from XtreamService customers that were sold to XtreamService customers during the selected time frame displays. The percentage of these vehicles compared to the total number of vehicles sold also displays.

Certified - Trade-In: The number of certified vehicles purchased from XtreamService customers and sold to other XtreamService customers during the selected time frame displays. The percentage of these vehicles sold compared to the total number of vehicles sold also displays.

Certified - Other: The number of certified vehicles that were not purchased from XtreamService customers that were sold to XtreamService customers during the selected time frame displays. The percentage of these vehicles compared to the total number of vehicles sold also displays.
